Convert GIMP brushes to Clip Studio Paint

Converting a .gbr to .sut rebuilds the brush as native Clip Studio Paint settings rather than a flat image. How it works

Upload your GIMP brush. Drop the .gbr / .gih / .vbr file into the converter. We support multi-brush files.
Pick Clip Studio Paint as the target. You can select several targets at once and get one download per format.

What carries over

From GIMP: Brush tips with their size and spacing from .gbr and .gih files (the first frame of an animated brush), plus the full parametric recipe of a .vbr file: radius, hardness, aspect ratio and angle.

Writing to Clip Studio Paint: Grain textures larger than 1024x1024 are resampled to fit, and color mixing behavior is approximated for some brush types.
