Convert GIMP brushes to MediBang

.gbr → .png in your browser. Textures, grain and pressure curves carry over — and the result screen lists exactly what was preserved and what was adjusted.

How it works

1. Upload your GIMP brush. Drop the .gbr / .gih / .vbr file into the converter. Multi-brush files are supported.
2. Pick MediBang as the target. You can select several targets at once and get one download per format.
3. Download and install. MediBang has no brush file format. The download holds the tip image and a settings sheet: in MediBang, choose Add Brush (Bitmap), pick the image, and enter the values from the sheet.

What carries over

From GIMP: Tip imagery with its size and spacing from .gbr and .gih (the first frame of an animated brush), and the full parametric recipe of a .vbr — radius, hardness, aspect ratio and angle.

Writing to MediBang: MediBang has no brush file format, so the download is the tip image sized for MediBang's brush editor plus a settings sheet naming the values to enter — Width, Brush Spacing, Min Width. Pressure size carries as Min Width; other pen dynamics and grain do not, and the result screen names anything left behind.
