Convert Photoshop brushes to Clip Studio Paint

Converting a .abr to .sut rebuilds the brush as native Clip Studio Paint settings rather than a flat image. Tip and grain images embed in the .sut itself, so there is nothing to set up before you draw. The result screen names what carried over from the .abr and what was adjusted to fit Clip Studio Paint.

How it works

1. Upload your Photoshop brush. Drop the .abr file into the converter. We support multi-brush files.
2. Pick Clip Studio Paint as the target. You can select several targets at once and get one download per format.
3. Download and install. On desktop, double-click the .sut or drag it into the Sub Tool palette. On iPad or phone, import it from the Sub Tool palette menu. See our install guide for more details.

What carries over

From Photoshop: Brush tips, grain with its blend mode and depth, spacing, scatter, and the full pressure dynamics with their curves and minimum floors.

Writing to Clip Studio Paint: Grain textures larger than 1024x1024 are resampled to fit, and color mixing behavior is approximated for some brush types.
